| This Club 56 sponsored retreat is made just for all 6th grade girls. The goal is that each girl would recognize her need to fear the Lord and seek His wisdom throughout her life, would be able to acknowledge that seeking and living Wisdom will guide, honor, bless, and protect her life, seeking Wisdom first, everything else; friendships, peer pressure, life choices, will fall in line.Comments moms who attended last year: “Thank you for this AMAZING weekend. Love the princess ceremony” Our retreat teacher Bonnie Christensen’s prayer is that each girl will leave the retreat with an understanding of the value of Proverbs: the book of Wisdom, and tools to study this Scripture for themselves. Bonnie Christian has taught at Club 56rs girl’s breakout section for the pass three years and is well known to Hume Lake as she carries a deep love for the Scriptures and a heart for girls and women to live God-honoring lives. She is able to relate to all generations, as many enjoy her transparency and ability to teach practical life lessons for daily living. Bonnie served in youth ministries for over 20 years, where she directed girl’s ministries, trained staff, and counseled families. She holds a degree in Youth Ministry and counseling, and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Ministry. We have room for more girls and moms – invite all 6th grade girls you know. Moms are encouraged to attend, but if not able to we will take good care of your daughter. For you questions call Debbie Harrell, retreat coordinator at 746-8696. |

The 6th grade girls retreat called Daughters of the King and is a special time for girls and moms involved. This will be a time of thought, reflection, fun, ceremonies, and fellowship that will help girls understand their life through the eyes of their Heavenly Father.
In addition to the many fun activities planned, we will have a time on consecration to the Lord and one another. All participants will have a chance to leave the retreat with an understanding of their value, purpose, commitment and calling to Christ.
Moms attending will be apart of the wonderful memories with their daughters. If you are not attending we will take good care of your daughter. Ask Debbie about car pooling 746-8696
Girls can pick two friends to bunk with. A special prize to who ever brings the most friends.

Cost of retreat: Girls $100 Moms $50
includes 5 meals , lodging and keepsakes
You can make two payments: 1st due the week of the March 15th and the 2nd due the week of April 1st. Register online or pick up a registration form in the Club 56 room or Bayside office.
