This in a one time permission card per year for Pool Daze events

  •  ONLY $5 and a signed one time Pool Daze Permission Card  gets youth dinner, fun, games, an awesome time in small group discussions, and meeting new friends!!!  Parents: You are encouraged to stay and be a part of the memory!  CONNECT-RELAX-EAT-ENJOY – Parents EAT FREE!
  • Youth please wear your bathing suite to pool daze and use the bathroom before coming!  We try to have less traffic as possible in the pool dazes hosts home.
  • Parents who want to participate in the small group discussion, remember to pick up the small group handout when arrive.  Also you may want to try to sit with the same group of kids each week to build relationships.
  • All parents to stay do not have to participate in small groups, although we do ask that ALL parents watch the pool as life guards.
  • Prefer – One-piece modest swimsuits for girls. 
  • Youth MUST be signed IN by a parent each time. 
    For check OUT if desired parents may check the “Ok to leave & meet ride by curb – Yes/NO” box on the sign in sheet.
  • Please pick up on time 8:30
