Sorry, you are having trouble with the notes. I’ve tested the .PDF file on several different computers and it’s working properly for me. See if you can right click on the file and download it to your computer before opening it in Acrobat Reader, also you may want to see if you Acrobat Reader is up to date. If none of that’s working let me know and I’ll get the notes to you a different way.

To vote all you need to do is left click on a star. Clicking on the leftmost star is a 1 star rating, clicking on the rightmost star is a 5 star rating.
