This year’s theme is just what you need to feel refreshed: Rest In Hope: A Weekend Spa For Your Soul…Psalm 62:5
On this amazing weekend getaway you’ll experience friendship with other women and connection with God in a beautiful mountain setting. You’ll be encouraged and inspired by uplifting keynote sessions, awesome worship, practical workshops, recreation, crafts, and even time alone to hear from God!
This year’s guest speaker is Libby Vincent! Libby Vincent became a follower of Jesus in the middle of her college years. Knowing that she was being called by God to full-time professional ministry, she pursued her education which led her to Pasadena, CA, Edinburgh, Scotland, and Berlin, Germany. One of the themes of Libby’s life is that “life doesn’t always happen the way you thought it would.” Through the journey of having children with special needs, Libby is learning that all she needs to do is trust God for the present moment and invite Him into every space in her life to give her the hope that she needs to live fully and with purpose.
Also back by popular demand is the incredible “no man’s band” to lead us in worship.

Hi, I havn’t been to your church yet, but am planning to (met 2 girls recently who go there & they told me all about Bayside – and I’ve been looking 4 a church 2 join, b, till now, didn’t know anyone else who go 2 church). But looking at your site, I’m so excited that u offer so many other different activities, groups, etc 2 get involved in as well as Sun. Services… So, here is the ? I had: the spring retreat sounds very intertesting 2 me – actually u have several things I’d like 2 check out / learn more about, like the womens bible study & the adult ministries
Kaylie, Can’t wait for you to visit us at Bayside. Our Spring Retreat is always a sell out every year. If you would like to talk to one of the two coordinators just call Amy 916-408-1575 or Joanna 916-435-8644, and they can answer any questions you might have. We have many Bible Studies to choose from as I hope you saw on our web page. For more details you can call our Director of “Belong” Bible Studies, Nancy 916-791-1244 x8658.
What does “Standard Accomodations” at the women’s retreat mean?
Standard accommodations are cabins housing 10-14 women on twin bunk beds. You must bring your own towels and bedding. There are showers and multiple toilets in each cabin. In addition, each cabin has two cabin “moms” who generally make the cabins “homey.”
Hi Louise, I just saw the answer to your question above. Scroll to where it says “Facility” and you will find the description of “standard accomodations”. Hope this helps!
