Married Life Mentoring
We believe every married couple at Bayside should have the opportunity to be mentored. So we’ve launched the Married Life Mentoring Network. Already dozens of couples have stepped forward to say they would like to invest their time and experience in mentoring younger couples towards a Godly, go-the-distance marriage.

Philosophy of Bayside Married Life Mentoring:
Conversations….not Counseling
Friendship…not Teaching or Preaching
Honesty….not Perfection
Proactive….not Reactive
Prayerful….not Prescriptive
Interested in becoming a Mentor Couple?
Mentor Couple Commitment:

1. Fill out application (from MarriedLife@baysideonline.com)
2. Attend orientation session
3. Pre-Interview with Coach couple or Married Life Pastors
4. Meet with Mentee couple at least 8 times over 12 months
5. Meet with Mentor group (all Mentor couples) at least 2 times over 12 months.
6. Maintain confidentiality.
7. Pray frequently, daily if possible, for Mentee couple.

Interested in being mentored as a couple?
Mentee Couple Commitment:
1. Meet with Mentor couple at least 8 times (for about an hour and a half) over 12 months
2. Fill out a Pre-Mentoring and Post-Mentoring Assessment Survey
3. Maintain confidentiality.
4. Pray for Mentor couple
