PARENTS: If you have a child with special needs and would like to utilize FridayNite KidzKlub, FridayNite TeenzKlub, and/or Safe Harbor, please download the Family Registration Form and follow the instructions on page three for returning the form once completed. Please complete one per special needs child:

VOLUNTEERS: If you would like to serve in one of the special needs ministries, please download the Volunteer Application. We will also need you to be Live Scan fingerprinted. Email Marcy at MarcyS@BaysideOnline.com for instructions. Thank you!
