In today’s economy knowing your skills matters whether you are seeking the same job type or looking to change to a different job or career. Employers can and will look for people with specific skills to meet their organization’s needs. There are hard and soft skills. These are the hard skills, sometimes known as transferable skills that are the actions you do. This workshop will help you identify your hard skills that you have, the ones you enjoy using and want to use in the future. When you know your top skills it has been demonstrated that you can investigate 20-40 different potential jobs and be more confident in yourself and your communications.
