Whether you’re celebrating special life events like a baby dedication, a baptism or a marriage, or you’re walking through a difficult experience such as an illness, death or hard life-experience, we’re here to help you walk through it.

New to Christ? Never been baptized? Want to become a Bayside member? Take the next step in your Christian walk and publicly share your commitment to Christ through baptism. Just take a quick one-hour prep class and join the celebration! No pre-registration required.

Looking for pre-marital counseling? Planning a wedding and want a Bayside pastor to perform the ceremony? You’re in the right spot! Bayside’s Marriage & Family ministry provides pre-marital counseling consisting of a 4-session class and two private sessions with a pastoral counselor. Couples must complete and return the pre-marital class registration form and attend the classes several months before the wedding.

Pre-marital counseling is a prerequisite if you’re requesting a Bayside pastor to perform the ceremony. Though the Bayside Church campus isn’t available for wedding ceremonies, our pastors can officiate at any offsite venue in the general area.

What’s the cost? $75.00 per couple.

As parents, do you want to commit to raise your children in God’s truths? Want to gain the prayer from others in your life and our community as you live out your new role as a parent? Baby Dedication is just that, a commitment service for parents and their children. In this service, parents promise to lay a foundation, be an example and teach their child about Christ and His role in their life. We can’t wait to support you in this valuable role as parent!

Are you in a season that’s challenging your faith? Could you use prayer or word of encouragement? When facing a serious illness, surgery, hospitalization, accident or other crisis, the volunteer lay pastors and chaplains on our Life Care Team are here to help. We also offer basic church chaplaincy training. To coordinate a visit from one of our Life Care Team, simply email Karen through the “contact” button to your right.

Have you recently experienced the loss of a family member or friend? Our pastors, chaplains and grief services team understand that each loss is different and that everyone’s grieving process varies. We’re available to provide hope, support and guidance as you journey through “the valley of the shadow of death” (Psalm 23:4). Our team is also available to assist you in planning and conducting a memorial service for your loved one. Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? Still processing a death from a few months ago? Years ago? Experienced grief counselors are available for individual counseling sessions for those experiencing significant loss. Grief Care Classes are also offered occasionally throughout the year. Recently divorced? Going through it now? Still working through the after effects years later? There’s life after divorce, and we’re here to help you overcome your current struggles while learning to face the future with confidence. This 13-week class offers non-sequential sessions, so you can start attending at any time. You can also take any class you may have missed before. Divorce Care offers two session each year – they begin on the second Thursday in January and September. Contact us for details on where we’re meeting, what time and any other important information.
Divorce Care for Kids, a church-based program for children 2nd-6th Grade struggling with the hurt and pain of divorce and separation.
We will meet on Thursday evenings from 7:00-9:00 PM for 13 weeks in Room 236 in the children’s building.

Children’s Ministry provided for kids 2 years old through 6th grade.
