Whether you have small children or teenagers, there’s something for you. It’s a chance to connect with other parents going through similar realities. Make your parenting purposeful! Parenting Events
There are a lot of exciting things happening at Bayside in 2013! We update the website on a daily basis, so check back for upcoming events related to this ministry.

We are better together! MOPS is here to come alongside you during this season of early mothering to give you the support and resources you need to be a great mom. The purpose of MOPS is to nurture every mother of children newborn-kindergarten by meeting her distinct needs with relevant speakers, activities, breakfasts and friendship.
Sessions run for 12 weeks
Mondays, 9:15-11:15am | B Building, Room B-222

Moppets is our children’s program for MOPS. That’s right, we provide a fun, nurturing environment for kids to play and learn in their own age-appropriate program while moms are enjoying MOPS. Our program teaches your children through stories, songs, crafts and playing.

Mondays, 2x month | 7:00-9:00pm | Suite 418
Congratulations, you survived the preschool years! So now that the kids are in school, you’re looking to connect with other moms about elementary age issues. This time of life brings with it new excitement and new challenges, and that’s what we’re here for! Through inspiring and encouraging speakers, Foundations will bring you insight into your child’s new world. Come join us for food, conversation and crafts.

Do you want to be a more intentional mom?
Have a desire to go deeper with God? Want to connect the two? Decision Years is nothing more than a group of moms who want God’s best for their children. Together we study Scripture, read parenting books that challenge us and encourage each another. Bring your Bible and make the decision years some of your best!

Have you adopted a child, recently or years ago?
Are you thinking about it? Could you use a little more info or encouragement throughout the process? The Bayside Adoption Network is here for anyone who has adopted,
is in the process of adopting or is interested in adopting in the future. Connect with others going through similar life events and support and encourage each another!

Safe Families For Children helps parents experiencing a temporary crisis arrange for their children to stay with a loving family until the crisis has passed.

Families Helping Families In a crisis, some families have no relatives or friends to rely on for support. Postpartum depression or unemployment can hit suddenly leaving children at risk of neglect or abuse.

But now, parents experiencing a temporary crisis can arrange fot their children to stay with a caring family while their parents find solutions. The program is called Safe Families for Children.

Raising Your Kids to Love The Lord by Dave Stone For Moms of Young Children
Starts: Thursday, September 20

This book is authentic, conversational and really challenges parents to be intentional about paving the way for their children to make their faith personal. Our highest
priority in raising children should be to pass down a legacy of love and respect for the Lord. This book will both encourage and challenge you. Teaching by Annette Spangler,
Bayside Director of Parenting Ministries & MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers).
