A new way to Celebrate Easter with Bayside!
We’re gearing up for this year’s exciting Easter Services, and we’d love to serve with you! Celebrate Easter with Bayside by using your gifts as we welcome tens of thousands of people to both Bayside and the Power Balance Pavilion in Sacramento this April.

Easter Sunday

  • Ushers- April 24th 7:30am-12:30pm
  • Greeters – April 24th 7:30- 10:30am
  • Guest Service – April 24th 7:30- 10:30am
  • Set-up
  • Weekend- Saturday, April 21st
  • Weekday – Wednesday , April 20th 9:30-12:30
  • Tear-down
  • Weekend-Sunday, April 24th after service

Set Up/Teardown:

As a part of the Set Up/Teardown team, you’ll get things ready to go before our services and clean things up afterwards.

Service Volunteers:

As a part of our Service Volunteers team, you’ll welcome guests, gear up for the start of the service and help people find their seats. Greeters: Say hey and welcome guests from the parking lot to the arena. Ushers: Simply help people find the nearest seat and assist with collecting the offering. Guest Services: Be the person in the know, and answer questions from other Baysiders and first timers.

Bayside Kids:

On our Bayside Kids’ Team, you’ll get to have fun with the kids while serving as a classroom aid or greeter for kids ages 2 months to 4 years or 5 years to 2nd grade.

Good Friday & Stations of the Cross Service Opportunities

Stations of the Cross is a self-guided, rich experience of prayer and meditation that takes you on the journey to the cross with Jesus. Use your gifts of service to help others (and yourself!) prepare for the celebration of Christ’s life, death and resurrection this Easter season. Descriptions for each team can be found at the bottom of this page.

Set Up:
As a part of the Set Up team, you’ll get things prepared for Stations of the Cross. This may include décor, design and layout among other projects.

Event Volunteer:
As a part of our Event Volunteers team, you’ll welcome guests, help with the check-in process and potentially serve as a docent throughout the Stations of the Cross experience.

Teardown:
As a part of the Teardown team, you’ll clean things up after Stations of the Cross and get them ready for our regularly scheduled weekly meetings. This may include disassembling some and boxing up items, as well as turning things back around to the way they were.
