Health & Fitness Classes
We desire that each of our church family experiences full-life health in Christ– mind, body and spirit– and provide several opportunities to encourage and empower you toward improved health. Engage in bible studies and resources to learn how putting Christ first and center of your health and fitness transforms us toward thriving lives. Experience how combining biblical and lifestyle principles help nurture and sustain healthy habits. Join a fitness class or activity group that combine faith, fitness and fellowship, for all levels of physical and spiritual health and fitness. All fitness classes are led by professional instructors
Total Body Workout – Coed
Monday nights 5:45-7:00PM. May 14-June 18 (no class on May 28, Memorial Day). $25 for series. Cardio, strength, core & stretch for all fitness levels. 60 minute workout followed by devotional & prayer. Class held in junior high room, 8211 Sierra College Blvd. Suite 440. Bring towel/mat for floor work, and a water bottle.
Core & More – Ladies
Thursday nights, 5:45-6:45PM, 2 series offered. May 17-June 28 (no class on May 24), $30 for series. June 7-June 28, $20 for series. Core & flexibility conditioning with Pilates/Yoga exercises, foam roller and more, for all fitness levels. Class held in junior high room, 8211 Sierra College Blvd. Suite 440. Bring towel/mat for floor work, and a water bottle.
Boot Camp Workout – Men
Thursdays 6:45-7:45PM, 2 series offered. May 17-June 28 (no class on May 24), $30 for series. June 7-June 28, $20 for series. Interval conditioning with cardio, strength, agility training and more, for all fitness levels. Class held in junior high room, 8211 Sierra College Blvd. Suite 440. Bring towel/mat for floor work, and a water bottle.
