This month our Bible Stories tell us how “Jesus loves everyone.” Jesus took time to talk with the woman at the well, and to spend time with Zacchaeus. Jesus asked us to tell others that He loves them. The Bible says “Love each other as I have loved you.” John 15:12. Jesus is our best friend!

We will end the month with Palm Sunday. Our preschoolers will celebrate Jesus and His love for us.

This month in Pier 14 we will be talking about honesty and how being honest creates a safety net. Honest thoughts, words, and actions weave together and develop trusting, happy relationships with others and God. Dishonesty creates a sticky web. Lies and deception weave a web that traps us, tearing at the fabric of our relationships with others and God. Kids will learn to be careful about what they weave.

At all services our Mexico Team will be highlighted, prayed for and sent out on the 15th Annual Bayside Spring Break Mexico Outreach Mission Trip!!! Join us and make sure you get a prayer card to pray for teams specifically. Student and adult participants will be at all services to hand out prayer cards for their teams and this is also the last opportunity to help our trip through “Pull Tags” for items that we need… You can help with everything from purchasing sports equipment from $10-$25 to funding an entire build project!!! Thanks in advance for sending us out to make a difference!!!

Also, the T-Shirts will be distributed during the first services on Saturday and Sunday.

Helping Hands for the Homeless Outreach

Join the Helping Hands for the Homeless team as they sort clothing, prepare lunches at Bayside and then drive to 13th and B Streets in downtown Sacramento to visit with the homeless and provide them with lunch, clothing and camping gear.

Last night we had an amazing time of worship that was completely led by our students! Students such as Jordan Annis, Christy and Leslie Johnston, Taylor Gall, Leah Hanson, and so many more planned, organized, and implemented everything from worship, drama, and message! New Step Studies

There is still room for a few more men in our new Step Study that began on February 15th. This study is being led by Robert Cunningham and starts at 7pm every Monday night in building “C” room 141. If you have any questions or need other information please call 916-791-1244 xt. 8638.

We also have two ladies who are interested in so-leading a new study for the women. We are hoping to start before the end of March, so ladies stay tuned.

Celebrate Recovery is excited to be in their 5^th year of ministry at Bayside Church. What better way to celebrate than to hold a benefit concert to raise money for their international outreach? Join Celebrate Recovery in welcoming Lisa Daggs, one of America’s favorite contemporary Christian country singers, on Sunday, March 14. Tickets are only $10.00 per person and all proceeds go to Celebrate Recovery’s International Outreach. This year alone, CR is planning trips to Mexico, Nigeria, Colombia, and possibly Kenya. They’re also open to traveling anywhere else God may lead. These trips require funding for materials and resources such as kits and manuals, among other items. Your attendance at this concert won’t just inspire you individually, but it will touch the lives of people in Celebrate Recovery both here and around the world. The Voetbergs Concert

Concert – Everyone welcome! Wednesday March 17th

The Voetenburg family is coming to Bayside to put on an evening of song, fiddling, piano and other instruments March 17th. This is a regualar Club KNIGHTS night and we hope that all the youth invite their parents, siblings, and friends. All ages are welcome and encouraged to attend!

This concert is free – refreshments are at 6:30PM – concert starts at 7:00PM! We will meet down stairs in room 120.

This is an excellent opportunity for families to come and enjoy great music and testimonies by a family of 12. The concert is free; however a love offering will be taken at the end. CD’s will be available for sale as well.

Join us for the Epicenter Fearless Conference at Sunset Christian Center
EPICENTER is a 2 day event where we will join with Sunset and Adventure churches to bring all the youth together to jam with Jesus and look at the topic of fears. Check out the details on the website http://epicenter456.com.
Cost is $30 ($35 after March 7th) for youth and $20 for parent helpers. Sign up in the Club 56 room.

This is another great opportunity for 4^th-6^th grades to grow and connect with Christians beyond the borders of Bayside. The Club 56 youth will be doing their own breakout with Bayside parents and you can spend the night if you do not want to make 2 trips. If you do – bring a sleeping bag, pillow, and toothbrush. Breakfast will be served in morning and lunch in afternoon. Bring a friend or parent and live life with no regrets!

We need 25 parent chaperones (2 per team) to take a group of kids. Please contact Debbie prior to the event and I’ll assign you a team color, your laser tag and pizza times.
Chaperones - if you would like to participate with your team, please sign-up on-line so you can get your wrist band too. Although, you are not required to participate in the activities, just keep track of your signed kids; get them to there laser tag and pizza times. Pizza and drink provided for all Chaperones.

Food for our Saturday Night Volunteers
Each Saturday night we set up at 3:30 or earlier for the Saturday night services and clean up around 8:15PM. It’s really hard to get in a meal between services so we like to have something to eat available for all the workers. If you have the talent and heart to make (or buy) a small meal for about 10 people, please let me know. This could be a one time help or ask to be put on a schedule.
