We desire that each of our church family experiences full-life health in Christ– mind, body and spirit– and provide several opportunities to encourage and empower you toward improved health. Engage in bible studies and resources to learn how putting Christ first and center of your health and fitness transforms us toward thriving lives. Experience how combining biblical and lifestyle principles help nurture and sustain healthy habits. Join a fitness class or activity group that combine faith, fitness and fellowship, for all levels of physical and spiritual health and fitness. All fitness classes are led by professional instructors

Bible Studies

Winter/spring bible studies kick off in late January. The featured study is “Every Body Matters: Strengthen Your Body to Strengthen Your Soul” by Gary Thomas, author of bestsellers including Sacred Marriage and Sacred Parenting. This new book explores how our health, fitness, and lifestyle habits affect our walk with God and how we serve Him. You’ll learn what the Bible says on whole-life health in Christ, and read many high impact testimonies. Are you interested in becoming a small group leader for these studies? Are you ready to put faith and fitness in action? Join one of our fitness classes today! Classes combine cardio, strength, core and flexibility in fun and challenging ways. All fitness levels in each class, offering alternatives for lower and higher intensity. An encouraging and safe atmosphere for exercise, and an inspiring experience to deepen your spiritual growth. All classes held at the Bayside Office, Junior High Room. Bring towel or mat for floor work. Monday nights, 5:45-7PM. 5-week series Feb. 27 – Mar. 26, $25 for series. 60 minute workout followed by brief devotional and prayer time.

Thursday nights, 5:45-6:45PM. 5-week series Mar. 1 – Mar. 29, $25 for series. 45 minute workout followed by brief devotional and prayer time.

Do you enjoy walking, running or cycling? Check out a fun way to combine faith, fitness & fellowship. “Move It!” groups combine a small group experience with recreational activity, promoting healthy living in Christ. Groups are either ongoing or short-term, check with each leader for details.
