Please consider helping yourself and others experience transformational studies using great resources for both physical & spiritual health including “Every Body Matters” by Gary Thomas, “Life of the Body: Physical Well-Being & Spiritual Formation” by Valerie Hess & Lane Arnold, and “Look Great Feel Great” by Joyce Meyer.

Put faith and fitness in action and join one of our fitness classes. An encouraging and safe atmosphere for exercise at all fitness levels, and an inspiring experience to deepen your spiritual growth. Classes include a devotional on wellness in Christ, and resources for further improving your spiritual and physical health in Christ. All classes led by professional fitness instructors, and are held at the Bayside offices.

Move It! groups combine a small group experience with light recreational activity like walking, jogging or cycling. Groups are either ongoing or short-term, check with each leader for details.
We are recruiting volunteer group leaders to start new groups in late winter/early spring. If you have a heart to connect with and encourage others and a joy for walking, jogging or cycling, you might find your sweet spot to serve in our ministry.
