Wellness in Christ Discipleship classes include a variety of wellness topics and discipleship principles, designed to help you integrate faith & health principles in your lifestyle. Our next class series will be held on 3 Monday nights 7-8PM, Jan. 27-Feb. 10. We’ll cover biblically-based nutrition, goal-setting for success, fresh start fitness, health & fitness for 50 & better, and more. Online registration coming in mid December.

Classes include a devotional on wellness in Christ, and resources for further improving your spiritual and physical health in Christ. All classes led by professional fitness instructors, and held at the Bayside offices.
Core, strength & flexibility conditioning with Pilates/Yoga and related exercises for all fitness levels in small group atmosphere. 50 min. coed workout followed by a devotional on wellness in Christ. Move It! groups combine a small group experience with light recreational activity– walking, jogging or cycling. We are recruiting men and women for volunteer group leaders to start new groups.
