Classes include a devotional on wellness in Christ, and resources for further improving your spiritual and physical health in Christ. All classes led by professional fitness instructors, and held at the Bayside offices.
Core, strength & flexibility conditioning with Pilates/Yoga and related exercises for all fitness levels in small group atmosphere. 50 min. coed workout followed by a devotional on wellness in Christ. Experience the invigorating and inspiring combination of yoga exercise fused with Christian worship music and scripture! Join us in our new Christian Yoga classes– we’re offering FREE introductory classes for beginner and intermediate level fitness levels. 60 minute Christian yoga exercise followed by 10 minute devotional/discussion. Free classes will be offered on these Tuesday mornings, 9:30-11AM in suite 418 at the Bayside offices: Jan. 7, Jan. 14, Feb. 4, Feb. 11. Come to any or all of them! Advance online registration encouraged, limited class size.
Weekly class series will begin in early April on Tuesday mornings, and will be posted for registration in mid March.
Move It! groups combine a small group experience with light recreational activity– walking, jogging or cycling. We are recruiting men and women for volunteer group leaders to start new groups. If you have a heart to connect with and encourage others and a joy for walking, jogging or cycling, you might find your sweet spot to serve in our ministry.
