Fill the Trucks

Meeting needs through donations, the Bayside Fill the Trucks ministry collects non-perishable food, furniture, household items, clothing, camping gear, hygiene items, bikes, etc. The items are sorted and distributed to various Bayside ministries and our donation partners that ensure the items reach those in need. In turn, our donation partners work with the Bayside Community Life ministry to provide for those in need at Bayside and throughout our region.

Opportunities to Serve
Volunteers are needed to every weekend to help collect and sort donated items, load the trucks and transport items to storage.

When
Saturday’s – 3:30pm to 7:00pm
Sunday’s – 7:30am to 1:30pm

How to Donate to Fill the Trucks
The Fill the Trucks team collects donations at all weekend services. Due to lack of storage, we are unable to accept donations Monday thru Friday. If you are unable to bring your items to the church on the weekend, we suggest contacting our donation partner, The Salvation Army at 1-800-SA-TRUCK. Bayside has a unique relationship with the Salvation Army that supports Baysider’s and those in our community.

• Bedding, linens, towels
• Hygiene products
• Bicycles
• Wheel chairs and special needs devices
