The Bayside Prison Outreach team makes a difference in the lives of “at risk” individuals, inmates, and those that have been released from a correctional facility.
Our Mission:
• Provide a central point of contact for people and their families before, during, and after release from incarceration.
• Facilitate job placement and resources for people who are actively participating in a re-entry program.
Opportunities to Serve
Anyone who is interested in serving with the Bayside Prison Outreach or anyone with a family member or friend in prison is welcome to join us at our monthly gathering and discover ways to get involved.
