Sometimes, there are no advance outward signs that burnout is coming. But there are indicators that can be sensed or seen. So a major part of a successful plan to avoid burnout is to surround yourself with a few trusted people who can help you look for those indicators. And when they sense or see that possible burnout may be on the way, you’ll honor their insight by backing off on the gas pedal, right?
