Frank & Jan Schattner

Over the past 40 years, Frank and Jan Schattner have focused on reaching the most unreached people groups around the world. For over 30 years, they have lived and worked in E Asia serving the Hmong people throughout the region. They returned to the USA 2 years ago due to Covid.

Over the past 8 years, the church planting network that the Shattners developed called The Zume Project has started over 1 million churches among 1000 people groups. Zume helps ordinary people make an impact for the Kingdom, ultimately through online trainings. Since returning from Thailand 2 years ago, they have started an online seminary to meet the training and discipleship needs of the leaders within the network. They recently graduated their first students.

The Shattners have 3 sons who are married and have 3 grandchildren.
