Did You Know…
Historically, Christmas Services between December 16 and 21 have always had seats available! That’s right, every single person has been able to attend these services. That’s great news for anyone with or without a ticket!
What do I do if I didn’t reserve tickets?
Walk-up seating for all services is still available! Simply come early and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere in the tent. We’ll have everything from piano players and carolers to hot chocolate, a photo area and a Christmas village! It’s fun for the whole family; and it’s Christmas at Bayside, so who knows what other fun surprises we have up our sleeves.
How can I get tickets online?
Online ticketing opened on December 1st, we continue to monitor the availability of tickets and will post any additional online tickets here when they become available.
What do I do once I have my ticket?
Show up! Well, it’s almost that easy. All you need to do is arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the service. Bring your ticket with you and you’ll be secured a spot in Line A. All unclaimed seats will be released 15 minutes before the service for general admission. Just remember, the early bird gets the worm!
What if there are problems/changes with my ticket(s)?
Stop by the Ticket Solutions area at Bayside Church during any of our weekend services and we’ll work with you to rectify the situation. Unneeded tickets can be returned and questions answered regarding online tickets as well. Our service times are: Saturdays at 4:15 & 6:00pm and Sundays at 8:15, 9:45 & 11:30am.
How can I fully enjoy the tent experience before the service?
Simply come early and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere in the tent. Dress warm! While you’ll be protected from the elements, it can still get a little chilly at times. The atmosphere, however, will be anything but cold. We’ll have everything from piano players and carolers to hot chocolate, a photo area and a Christmas village! It’s fun for the whole family; and it’s Christmas at Bayside, so who knows what other fun surprises we have in store!
Many people ask the question, “How early is too early?” Well, we all know that the early bird gets the worm, but you don’t want to wake up before the worms do! Make plans to arrive as early as you like without running into the previous services’ entrance time. The doors for each service will open 30-45 minutes prior to the start of the service. Children’s ministry opens one hour before the start of the services where children’s ministry is provided.
Is there handicap accessibility for the services?
In order to make our Christmas Services readily accessible for everyone, handicap parking is available in our west and north parking lots. Early entrance to the lobby will be provided for handicapped guests and one accompanying individual. Please arrive 45-60 minutes prior to the start of the service to ensure early access. This special entrance is located on the west side of the Worship Center lobby near the west handicap parking lot (look for the signs, or feel free to ask someone if you aren’t able to find it).
Is children’s ministry provided? What time does it open?
You actually have a couple options when it comes to your kids! Feel free to join us for our Kids’ Jingle Jam Service on Friday, Dec. 24 at 11:00am, or come to one of the services with children’s ministry provided. Since the Jingle Jam Service is geared toward elementary age children and their parents, children’s ministry will not be available. The children’s building will open one hour prior to the service start time where Children’s Ministry is available. Children’s Ministry (8-weeks through 4th grade) will be provided for the following services:
Friday, December 16 6:30pm
Sunday, December 18 4:30pm **
Tuesday, December 20 6:30pm
Wednesday, December 21 4:30pm
Wednesday, December 21 6:30pm **
Friday, December 23 4:30pm **
Saturday, December 24 1:00pm
Saturday, December 24 3:30pm
** Children’s ministry is available for kids with special needs during these services.
