ONE DAY // ONE EVENT // THREE CAUSES

Easter is the greatest example of the lengths Christ went to in order to rescue us. We want to be people that go to great lengths to bring rescue to those around us. We’re joining forces on ONE DAY, in ONE EVENT, to partner with THREE GREAT CAUSES. Come celebrate together what God has done in our lives, and take a step toward bringing hope to our region.

Human Trafficking
Sacramento is among the top 10 cities in the United States identified as a hub for human trafficking. Currently in Northern California, there isn’t a safe home for girls who are rescued from trafficking. On Easter this changes!

Homelessness
On any given night, there are thousands of people who are homeless in the greater Sacramento area. Currently, there’s a shortage of basic daily necessities like socks and blankets. A pair of socks and a blanket will give someone a piece of hope.

Education
Today, the average middle-income child has 13+ books at home. In low-income neighborhoods, there’s approximately 1 book for every 300 children. A child’s future depends on the resources and education that they receive today!

Stations of the Cross

The Stations of the Cross is a self-guided event incorporating Bible reading, meditation, prayer, communion and hands-on activities providing an experiential journey with Jesus to the cross. For adults and youth 5th grade and older.*

April 20-21 // 5:00–8:30pm
April 22 // 1:00-8:30pm
April 23 // 8:30am–12:30pm*

*10:30am-12:30pm suitable for younger children

Good Friday Service

One of our very meaningful Easter Week traditions is a Good Friday Service. Christians all over the world have chosen Good Friday as the day to commemorate Christ’s death on the cross. Join us for a time of worship, reflection, a message and communion as we consider Christ’s death and sacrifice for us.
