Helpful Information

F.A.Q

  • If you are 18 and still in high school, this training does not apply to you. However, if you are 18 and no longer in high school, you will need to complete the online Mandated Reporter Volunteer certification.
  • When registering, please select the Religious Organization training option.
  •  The mandated reporter training now includes a $7.99 fee when it asks you to upload your certificate. To avoid this cost, we recommend taking a screenshot or photo of your completion page and emailing that to BaysideDBmanager@baysideonline.com instead — this way, no payment is required.
  • Adults and students will need to upload a clear, up-to-date photo of their valid passport by the second All-Campus Training. High school students will then turn in their physical passports on March 15th during the final All-Campus Training / Passport Drop-Off. Adults will keep their passports with them during the trip.
  • In order for participants under 18 years old to travel with Bayside on this trip, a parent or guardian must complete and notarize a Consent to Travel form. We offer notary services in the months leading up to the trip, or you’re welcome to visit a local notary of your choice. Once the form is completed, you’ll need to turn in the physical copy to 8211 Sierra College Blvd., Suite 440 A, Roseville, CA 95661. Forms can be dropped off Monday through Thursday, between 9:30 AM–11:00 AM and 2:00 PM–5:00 PM.
